This has been foreseen the moment the lockdown started. Most companies in western countries are downsizing, it’s not only in Nigeria neither is it only ICS that laid-off staff in Nigeria. That’s why we should always prepare ahead of hard times like this. Acquire new skills and make this situation a stepping stone for greater achievement.
