Like the other guy said, you should contact them. they most likely outsourced this recruitment process so it's best you find the company they outsourced it to and ask them to help you.

Level 10 is for fresh graduate while Level 8 and 9 for people with experience

Try not to reapply yet sha as that can cause disqualification.
Try to contact their office and see if they can retract the first application so you can reapply.

It's a shame you don't know your NYSC certificate number.

The four digits is your State Code and the other that begins with a letter is your certificate number.
