The compensation packages are very attractive and include traveling incentives Position Reports To: Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services Basic Function: Accountable for day-to-day operations of the branch and assisting the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services with managerial, and administrative functions. Maintains communication between staff and the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services. Provides support, guidance, and training to staff. Essential Functions: • Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity. • Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures. • Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Sr Manager of Regional Branch Services. • Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Administration and other regulatory agencies. • Monitors office activity, including number of transactions, loan volume, sales volume, etc. • Monitors quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell products. • Assists in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes. Knowledge • Must possess a Degree or at least one (1) year experience in a related field (branch operations). Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Must possess leadership and supervisory skills. Abilities • Ability to motivate staff. • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner. • Ability to manage multi-functional tasks. Working Environment Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods. Must be able to travel to branch locations. Must be able to travel for business related matters. And point of correction, we don't change names. One of d rules of d company is dat u get to a set up ur own company wen u get to a stage. Those names u r mentioning are companies own by different young pple. I joined this company in February 2013 and so far i don't regret it, infact i thank God for showing me d opportunity at d rite time. I don't own anyone of u any explanations but it just si annoying wen i saw d way pple are just runny their mouth saying wat dey don't know. I know there will b reactions to dis reply, nasty ones but i tell u, u can say watever u like but d fact remains dat u will keep submiting ur CVs looking for greener pastures but u know wat dat era hs gone. U can only get a greener pasture wen u know oga at d top. So stop saying wat u don't know. We are young graduates who refuse to work for odas to achieve their dreams but rather work it out themselves to achieve their own dreams. We refuse to b use and dump. |
