I know of a Foundation that organizes Leadership Bootcamp for children and youth between the ages of 4-18 quarterly. They are called Optimum Impact Children and Youth Foundation. Their next bootcamp is holding in August 3-7 (Lagos), August 10-14 (Abuja).
