Peter Obi already confirmed he did not start and complete any schools during his 8 years as Anambra state governor but that doesn't mean he didn't have numerous that was completed but not started.

@your bolded, he just does not have foresight. You can build new schools and renovate preexisting one at the same time. Its akin to him arguing that Tinubu should not create a new Calabar-Lagos coastal road but should instead concentrate on refurbishing old roads.

Obi ideology is somehow different. He is not forward thinking and I think he is too reserved. Tinubu try to create new frontiers and expand reach.

They are all in agreement that their corrupt politicians are entitled to get returns from their investments in running for office.

The only thing they frown upon is being taxed by same governors .

This is why all their states are highly dependent on federal handouts and have very low IGR in comparison.

As long as the money is coming from the federal purse , it's no concern to them and this is why they don't hold their governors to account and keep defending their criminality.

The cashless policy was passed into law because of people like Obi who will issue cheques to contractors and then order them to remit a portion in cash as kickback.
