Please someone should clarify, I paid for the study visa fee with Gtbank app, and I was able to use the transfer reference number on the online appointment portal before to see dates, I sent an email to Lagos surge email address on Thursday but yet to get a response m. I tried to book an appointment on the online portal again to request for emergency appointment and used the transfer reference again, it’s now saying “no valid records for this receipt number bla bla” did someone experience this? Or what does this mean? I’ve not yet gotten a date
