I ordered a phone on AliExpress since February ending and yet the phone hadn't come. I opened dispute but dispute was rejected saying there's nothing wrong with the shipping... That was about a month ago. I contacted AliExpress customer service and was asked to check my local post office, if it's not there I should collect a stamped letter saying so. I went to the post office and they said it's been with customs since 12th of march that they're yet to clear it so I should just wait. I asked for the letter but they refused. I went back to AliExpress and they said I can't prove that I didn't receive the phone without an official letter from nipost. Guys I don't know what to do. Had anyone experienced this? How did you resolve it? I didn't see phone, I didn't get my money back

I'm asking because I've seen people complain that their orders, especially the ones above 100 dollars, were held by customs until they had to pay import duty. Are you saying this is not true?

My earlier purchase takes between 2-3 weeks maximum and from Aliexpress it had been SPEEDAF delivering at my Lagos address. The delays nkw is as a result of the Chinese new year which I think will last from 27th to 5th February. The delays was as a result of the holidays but my expected purchase is now in Lagos and customs are clearing it. Just give it this week. You should have an update on arrival in Lagos or maximum, from 6th February. I am suspending purchase till after the holidays

How much was the package? I have a package that has been stuck for a while too and I'm suspecting it has to do with the cost.

About twice from them and as we speak one of my order is currently clearing at the airport. This other came within 7 days after I placed it. They deliver directly to your house.
All my payments to temu is via bank transfer with paystack bank.

How long did it take for the app to recognise the bank transfer?

I don't think the problem is PenCom. It's either your PFA or something is wrong with your application.

PENCOM is really terrible now. Retirees have applied for lump sum since December. None of them that I know have been approved. These are people who have been owed for almost two years.

What is expected life span of a 65 year old retiree?
