In which and which stock(s)?
At least not in stocks on full bid.......

Meanwhile, CONOIl is just vexing anyhow...... sighted @84.50!
ETERNA, MRS, CORNERSTONE, JAPAUL.....on full bid...

I am seeing in kobo stocks like Japaul oil this morning before the full bid.
You will see offers @40kobo and it disappears after a while.
Some insurance stocks doing same

It's time for Japaulians to smile.
The stock is appearing more liquid than before.
Big players have remembered Japaul stock.
200% is possible this year.

Huge offers appearing and disappearing.
Panic sellers like me beware of this.
The market feels to rally but some hands are suppressing it causing panic sells.

ETERNA, MRS, CONOIl on full bid in the market.

UBN self touching 7.90 now....but this UBN guys are big deceivers.....they paid exit price to minority holders within certain deadline, just to keep trading in the market......still talking about exiting and buying minority holders out

I know they've been releasing wonderful results.

Wonderful results for breweries on top cash crunch?

Hopefully it comes down to 34k too.
@Loco, don't be in haste to sell your remaining JAPAUL, I won't show any pity this time around o. grin
I'm currently checking for more info too.....
Like I said earlier, JAPAUL is not directly into Oil & Gas but it renders offshore services to Oil & Gas; is into dredging and also mining of mineral resources.

Oil & Gas service companies also benefit from oil & gas sector's boom in terms of increased activities and revenue.
Q2 result should throw more light on this.
Dredging is already fetching them money.
*More checks to be done.

**Caveat: This post is strictly for Japaulians. tongue

Caverton, cileasing companies render services to oil & gas companies.

With this subsidy removal, one has to rechanel investment to where belly face.

Can you list some companies that render services to those in the up/downstream oil companies?

You're on point!
@locodemy got me researching Japaul and I got in heavily @ .29 because I see the potential in the industry. There is a lot of room for growth in here but a pullback is likely due to the economic uncertainty.

P.S I be newbie with high risk appetite and I literally don't know what I am saying. DYOR!

If you can exercise patience you will get 200% in Japaul.I may not be there when you will be counting the 200% because of impatience.

The reason why I sold the 5m units yesterday is not because of the company but because this subsidy removal might cause the generational low oracle is inciting.I have 13,857,000 units of Japaul left.
For Japaul to show strength at the last hours of trading yesterday means something is cooking.Might be the impact of subsidy removal lurking on the stock.

JAPAUL is still in Oil and Gas na.
It's not been fully involved in the mining area I think.
It's JAPAUL Gold & Ventures......and the dredging activities has mainly been contributing to the profitability of the coy.
Don't we think they'll also benefit either directly or indirectly from the Oil and Gas windfall?
I think the main issue identified with JP is management issue.
Pls more opinions also needed.

Q1 below...

I didn't see any income from oil and gas.
Maybe the offshore business and renting of vessels will favour them now.
Pls dig more of this and post.selling pressure is on me now if things are not in place.

Though I don't know who you were referring to but this is not Oracle!

And we keep getting confused the more.

90% of our members will agree this is not Oracle but do they have any point to prove it?

Loco, this is not Oracle, he doesn't have time for this forum for now. We communicates almost everyday. He doesn't needs to change moniker to prove a point.

Okay, I am worried over the personality. He is always bullish when I am 100% on cash and bearish when I am fully in the market.Once he does that, especially the bearish forecast, things begins to change.

Hence I am attacking him personally.

This sounds like oracle but prophetutuocha always appear in a while for some years now.
Maybe oracle's second handle.
One thing with oracle is his bull never come, when you think the bull he predicted has come, he will tell you bear is coming and before you know it, it will come to reality.

I totally rely on this present Govt for things to change but removing fuel subsidy at this early stage is causing katakata in this market that has consolidated heavily for a rally.

All things being equal, If the market close neutral today, there is hope next week.

The impact of subsidy removal in the stock market.
Imagine buying fuel at #235 on Monday afternoon, by the evening same fuel costs #500.
On Tuesday, there was a sharp rise in stocks.
My take is for this subsidy removal to work for a common man, the stock market where the common man is hopeful need to be on a steady rise for a period of time.
If Tinubu can do this, he is going to be better than Bubu who didn't allow his common citizens to have a breathe of life in his regime.

Any stock that didn't do N5 million worth of transaction today can be termed illiquid.

Any stock that didn't N1 million worth of transaction today can be termed highly illiquid.

Yet we still have some stocks that did have any transactions today, so they didn't appear on today's pricelist

Not advisable to put substantial funds into such stocks in order to avoid being stucked.

My opinion

I discovered some didn't have up to 5m transactions yesterday but fall on the 10 10% category.Such stocks will go far if the bull continues. When Ftn cocoa started, it was doing below 5m daily transactions but on full bids.It has done 200% already and still counting.More are towing same footsteps

Universal was quietly doing millions on full offer when hin mates dey do full bid. On a serious note, all nah time. Insurance time is almost here...

These are the stocks that will trap some people when the time comes.

Reason: people will see them very cheap when other stocks must have gone high.By the time they want to move the bull is over.

To be a winner in a bull market, make sure you buy those stocks that will do 10% from day 1 of bull and when you finally sold, just japaaa and don't look back.Don't try to buy those ones that have been on the line up for a move. They will be pump and dump stocks.

Speaking from experience but it will escape peoples memory and schools fees will be paid.

While others outside this forum are now scrambling to buy, we are suppose to relax and watch.

This is the reason why we are ahead of them.We analyse stocks everyday burning data.

If you are a member here struggling to make purchases now, I pity for you unless the expected cash came late.

The truth was told to the guy seeking the 5M
loan. But harshly.
Noone will give him that loan the way he has presented his case.
The message could ve been passed without some of the words and aggression.
Let's be kind to people around us.
It's possible to work for 3 years without any savings. I know graduates who ve worked for years without any savings.
There are many who are finding it difficult to even feed themselves and families.

Oga Emma has said the truth.
Even the words he used can't be reversed now.
The type of Loan the guy is looking for can't be given by any bank.
I raised my own investment capital through church meeting/family contributions.I controlled the meeting for years and luckily it favoured me for the period before I exited it.
Today,I don't even go close to any bank for loans.I have some digital Loans available for me based on turnover and I don't even touch them.If I need any loan today, I will use one of my registered properties in the city to get it within 24hrs at a reduced interest rate.Unsecured loans have a very high interest rates which is not good for a beginner.
Pa Emma remains our mentor no matter the words he used on the guy.The guy can borrow from my method to build his empire. It takes years to get it right and you must start from some where. It must not be from a bank.
Since he needs 5m without collateral, let him think out how to gain control of a public fund for at least one good year without any collateral or legal processes involved.Luck might follow him as it happened to me.

Some more checks.....
* There's nothing like huge OS for MBenefit if we consider the % owned by substantial shareholders with 5% and above as well as individuals with 1B and above...
* From my estimate, free float is around 4.45B representing about 21% of the total 20.061Billion OS.
* The Coy operates its Microfinance bank now.....
* Moved from -ve eps to +ve in the 2022 financial year.....as well as 2023 first quarter.....
* If this improvement is maintained, maybe the stock may also join league of Dividend payers in future....
** As for reconstruction, well I don't know about that for now.......maybe/maybe not..
** You may do some checks and DD too.....
** I plan to check Regency and compare....but not now..

Madam mercy, it looks like everything will fly.
If Rt briscoe is flying again after poor results, why won't MB do well in price.
For comparism of stocks,I am too good for that especially those kobo ones.
Coming to os, Regency has about 6B
Coming to Eps, Regency has about 10kobo eps in Q1 2023.
Coming to Q1 Revenue and PAT, Regency has an improved earning compared to the previous.
Coming to corporate governance, they have done better than MB in the last 5 years.
Coming to dividends, Regency has done better than MB in the last 5 years
I wonder why the price is kept so low when factor those facts. All things being equal, Mr market will position the 2 accordingly but there is more rewards in Regency.Thats the only kobo kobo insurance stock I will look at from Tuesday if cash is available.
