In my opinion. 30 is not too early to own your home especially if you started working im your mid 20s, it's all about planning. If you have a good financial plan from the start of your career, you can set goals and meet them. 5 years into your career, you should be able to wave landlord troubles good bye if you have been planning from the start, setting financial goals per year. There are financial institutions that offer personal financial planning advice, I use ARM and they are pretty good. Owning your home will be possible if you have a good plan.
