These people are the officially the worst.

I had high expectations tbh

I had that problem with a guy once and that was because l loved having sex with him I also hated myself after because I felt used and I knew it was wrong plus he was more into the physical part of the relationship than the emotional part.
So just talk to him about it , that's the best wat out if u love him find a solution together for both of you to be happy.
