please when is d.e registration closing?

pleas does anyone knows when jamb change of course is closing?? and also is it closing together with change of state/lga??

please after making the payment.. how will i proceed?? cuz any time i tried to enter change of data it ask me to make new payment or is it bcuz i've nt paid yet??
