Thank you very much my good brother, Imreallt appreciate your advised and the courage u have shire up in me, I can see people like u and me are willing to learn in respective of what we might have learn and know before now, my brother I have learned so many things yet I am still learning, because am willing to know more than I have known, take for example the comment of logonlaredo that he has known everything in the forum 1-5 and in this present one, that he has all the satellite the dish he has the capability of given him, that I am confusing the people am given my information to. Can u imagine that statement? That was while I told him that in higher institution a lecturer will come to the lecture class or Hall and introduce a course to the class and if u are willing to learn u stay and if u are not willing u leave and others who are willing will stay and learn, the forum is not giving me money neither did I asked any of our member to give me money, I have been here for over one year I remained inactive I mean not speaking out, I was just reading the comment or write up of other member and leaning, I just decided to create awareness for people to know that installation of satellite dish can be made easy if we all know how to calculate our azimuth, elevation, offset angle, declination angle and calculate the distance of the particular satellite we are trying to align our dish to.I have made up my mind not to reply anybody question or tell anybody the way forward, but rather I will be reading and learning from other people question and answer given to them as regard to their question. I could vividly remember when I was in secondary school when a mathematics teacher comes in to the class I work out because of the hatred I had for mathematics during exams I will try to see I pass the maths anyhow, but when I entered university the course I was into demanded knowledge of mathematics, then I now realised the mistake I made in my secondary school where I was supposed to learn it. see the elevation of this particular satellite was 63 degree, and when u set the angle of elevation at 63 degree u won't hit at the satellite , therefore u have to minus ur dish offset angle from ur true elevation of 63 degree to hit at the satellite, if u are on facebook just search for me and add me as ur friend I will explain better to u, my facebook address I'd ehisokosun2004@yahoo.com

I have learnt alot on FTA forum reading from part1 to part5 and this present one.

my concern is for the people u r giving information to, cos u dey confuse them

theories & technical terms & gadgets alone can't​ do it, u can support it with image of a dish u already track the satellite on.

help i never hit green on nigcomsat in my entire struggle even with 1 meter here in badagry . I even got 85% on signal quality and stqenght. But it will never turn green pls what are my doiohg wrong or does it require a special lnb?

are you sure u have 85% signal strength and quality? if yes, why not select the satellite name u use for tracking it and then blind scan or try use another satellite name in tracking and see the outcome.

if u have crtv then goto satelitte list under settings and select the satelitte u used for ur crtv that is showing and then blindscan the satelitte. ones u get megachoice ur kfs is there

u can use binding wire but I use electrical cable (with single cooper wire inside)

I still don't understand why most people think that channels surface by default. Do you think Kwese & Megachoice don't know that it's there. It has nothing to do with keeping quiet or shouting about it. No FTA lasts forever, you just have to enjoy it while it lasts. However Kwese has been there on cband with biss, so I don't see what's so special about keeping it secret.

Baba calm down. Whether the channel stays for eternity or not, is not dependent on my post. My dish is not align to that position presently, that was why I used the word 'heard', so that others will enjoy the channel while it lasts. It's obvious Megachoice just added the channel to their package, and they will let it open or close it at their own discretion. Bro Calm your nerves down

That was improvised. Old window blind rod (the shinny one), I made it very flat like a ruler then perforated it with nail like 2cm apart from top to bottom.
