CLEARANCE EXERCISE
FOR UTME & DIRECT ENTRY
CANDIDATES WHO HAVE
BEEN OFFERED
PROVISIONAL ADMISSION
This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry
candidates, who have been offered provisional admission that
the Admissions Clearance Exercise will commence on
Monday, 15 October 2012 and end on Friday, 26
October 2012.
Successful candidates for the Admissions Clearance
Exercise would have paid the N 10, 000.00 Acceptance
Fee into the Admission Processing Fee Account at
First Bank of Nigeria Plc (Acct. No -
2018156959) as evidence of acceptance of the offer of
provisional admission, logged in the payment details
(online) @ www.admission7.ui.edu.ng and print a receipt to
confirm that their payment details have been submitted
online.
Candidates are expected to report to the appropriate
designated venues from 8.30a.m daily for the
clearance exercise.
The venues assigned to the Faculties are stated
below:
Venue 1 – Gamaliel Onosode Park, Behind
Trenchard Hall
(Faculties of Arts and Law candidates)
Venue 2 – Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Foyer
(Faculties of Agriculture & Forestry and Veterinary
Medicine candidates)
Venue 3 – Zoology Lecture Theatre (in the Faculty
of Science)
(Faculties of Science and Technology candidates)
Venue 4 – Arts Theatre (Central Admin. Area)
(College of Medicine, Faculties of Pharmacy, Education
and The Social Sciences candidates)
Candidates should come along with the following documents:
1. Letter of Invitation for the Monday, 9 July 2012
Post-UTME Screening Exercise
2. Original and 4 photocopies of JAMB Admission
Letter [if available]
3. Admission Acceptance Form (downloaded from the
internet)
4. Original and 4 photocopies of the UTME result slip
5. Original and 4 photocopies of ‘O’ level results –
WAEC, NECO, IGC
6. Original and 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate or
Sworn Declaration of Age
7. Two letters of reference from two reputable persons – on
letter headed papers (preferably middle level government
employee or clergymen) Student religious leaders are
excluded.
8. Ten (10) recent passport size photographs-showing
frontal facial view. Size should be 5.2cm x 5.2cm. Names of
the candidate (surname first) should be written at the back
of the photographs
9. Original and 4 photocopies of bank tellers for payment
of N 2,000 & N10,000 Admission's Processing and
Acceptance fees.

admissions.ui.edu.ng/biodata) and fill the following forms

Undertaking form
Also fill the biodata form online (http://
admissions.ui.edu.ng/biodata ) using usual login parameters.

Inezara: Hi,siblings on Nairaland!I'm in trouble right now.Pls help me!I paid my acceptance fee today at the first bank at Iyana-Ipaja.I filled the teller's form and wrote everything there but I'm disturbed because
1-When I wanted to fill the acceptance form portal online,I saw a part on the form where they wrote 'BRANCH'.Now I'm disturbed cos I don't know what they mean by that branch if it is UI BRANCH or IYANA-IPAJA BRANCH.
2-I didn't write U.I branch on the Teller's form.Was I supposed to write U.I branch on the Teller?
3-I'm more frightened because I fear that the Teller herself might go and pay that money into a wrong account.
Pls help me.I'm just so confused.Is there a problem now?


I paid mine at iyana ipaja too and d only prob with d bnk was their d bad ndtwork they had d day i paid d fee i.e 3rd aug but d notification was delaid in UI till 6th aug and i don't knw if d sch is gonna av any prob with d date on my teller..
