Hey, I tried to email you back, it was saying email can not be delivered. The email is automated, I am sure they have received it, to be on the safe side contact them via UKVI email form, and ask them to confirm receipt of supporting documents. it may take a week before they reply. They sent the same to my husband and later confirmed they had received it, so had the other guy that had the same issue. hope that helps ![]() Oluwatobii: |

tosine:Hi, They are both the same. The Po box means they go an pick it up from the post office. They received mine. The email they sent was automated, but they confirmed receipt. You could send it to either I guess but I would go with the PO box to follow instruction. I would also write your gwf number on the front and back of the envelope and make sure you send it by recorded delivery, so you can track it. And make sure you make copies for yourself separate to the ones you send to them. Make sure it's properly organised too. Good luck. It is well by Gods grace |
Chukky77:You need to fill in appendix 2, it is your wife that will submit everything. the only thing they will take from you at the VAC is your passport and application form. Everything else from appendix 2 all the way to relationship documents to maintenance documents to accommodation documents will need to be sent to Sheffield. its easier if your wife sends it to Sheffield as she can track it and organise it correctly. your wife earns enough it doesn't matter if you are not earning as long as she is. Hope that helps |
Lexusgs430:I have sent them a letter explaining the situation, with the tracking receipt, TSLcontact with the PO BOX address, the address slip received from the VAC just to clarify this was not human error on my part sent the same letter to the PO BOX address. I sent an email form to UKVI and they have said they will escalated the issue. i'll probably send an envelope tomorrow as you suggested again with a note. |
Lexusgs430:But it can't have gone to the wrong place. I sent to yo the place the VAC and TSL contact said we should send the application. Could they have provided the wrong address? The email is automated which makes me think perhaps they haven't been able to process the documents into their system. I will write a letter and do what you said though. It's just frustrating. |
Which form are you filling out? Bibra800: |
richdopeboi:What did you eventually do? I sent the supporting documents to *International Operation and Visa, Home Office, UK Boarder Agency, UK VISAS AND IMMIGRATION, P.O. Box 3468, Sheffield, S3 8WA*. That's where we were told to send it by the VAC and on the TSL website. I believe we sent it to the right address, my hubby received an email on the 28th stating we should send it to the Vulcan House too. What are you planning on doing? |
hi all, This this thread is amazing and a God send. God bless all of you who have contributed with answers and advice. Thank you all. My husband had his biometric enrolment on the 14th Feb 2017, I sent the documents by Special delivery and they were received and collected on the 21st Feb. Now they said we have 2 weeks to send our supporting documents, but on the 28th Feb, hubby received an email stating they had not received our supporting documents. My body instantly got hot and I started worrying. I am not sure what to do other than pray, the UKVI phone people were not very helpful as they have no role or access to contacting Sheffield. I am not really sure what to do. any advice has this happened to anyone before? |
