In my opinion, graduates(both B.Sc and HND) should be more concerned about self development rather than worrying on HND/B.SC descrimination, i have not experienced descrimination as i dont descriminate against myself, i know that employers cannot resist talents even if the person is from a college of education. There are a lot of Nigerians excelling in their various careers without stepping the four walls of a University or Polytechnic, why then should we bother our heads HND/B.SC descrimination ? 1 Like |
