You'd have to apply or register to become a publisher on Google play. The thing is they don't accept all registrations. Once in a while they admit new publishers. You can also reach them via Publishdrive. I once had an account with them till I was banned for plagiarism issue. Before my account was closed I figured out the most import market places they reach. Google Play was one and I approached them immediately for registration. I wasn't accepted at first but got the invite from them to register 3 months later.

I think you are stupid, and I am not joking. I think you are one of the stupid husbands who have no idea what Fatherhood means and what being a real man in your home entails and how to be a husband to your own wife.

The reason I think you are stupid, is because at this stage in your Life, when your wife is strugggling real hard to bond with the young kids you still are worried about your silly sex life.
