@lagosismyhome thanks for the info. i have more questions. going thru this thread i realized that when people talk about full funding programs, they talk about GRE/TOEFL. can sumbody combine GRE/IELTS can someone get full funding with GRE/IELTS instead of TOEFL and also is the full funding dependent on your GRE/TOEFL/IELTS score?
