flexyrule:Pastor Chris is one of the realest. I respect him. |
Felabrity:Fun city. That's the daft of a professor investment. |
De General, what Willie Obiano did after PO seamlessly handed Anambra over to him were beyond reason. I shed tears the day I witnessed what SABMiller built in Ogun State. And they would have even built that outside Nigeria completely if PO did not beg them not to leave the shores of our country. Reno Omokri won’t see that to report! Taking one heartbreaking example - the dollar savings that stood at $155.5 million when PO handed over. This was structured in compound interest fixing that would yield $1 billion dollars by 2030 and intended to be used to … 1. Flood Anambra State with industries where state will partner with Anambra sons and daughters to turn our dear state into real Dubai-Taiwan of industries and not the Utopian structures. 2. Paid back the World bank-structured loan that would have been borrowed to have invested heavily in STEM Education to produce graduates by that 2030 that would effectively take charge of the industrial explosion. 3. Paid back World Bank structured loan to have effectively dealt with the biggest environmental menace in our state - EROSION. But Obiano, thinking he wouldn’t live to see 2030, instructed his media urchins to spread his squandermania poser, “WHY SAVE FOR FUTURE WHEN PRESENT IS IN NEED?” They employed every 419 antics in the book to get the three banks to surrender those funds for squander. Obiano will live strong and with his brain functioning effectively by 2030 and maybe by then, he will start shedding secret tears of the opportunities he robbed Anambra. That’s why I will never forgive Gov Charles Chukwuma Soludo for singing that Anambra was not broken… ---Tai Emeka Obasi |
Anambra: What Is Lunacy? Some friends have been forwarding to me an unverified document listing the top revenue-generating companies in Anambra State, with SABMiller ranked as number six. Whether the document is forged or authentic, whoever released it- perhaps unwittingly - has done immense good to Mr. Peter Obi. According to the list, SABMiller, a multinational company attracted to Anambra during Obi’s tenure, ranks highest among non-bank revenue generators. That alone speaks volumes about the kind of investment climate fostered under his administration. Even more curious is the presence of Fidelity Bank at number five. The irony is lost on the document’s authors: two of the top six companies - one being a bank in which Obi is the the largest individual shareholder, and the other a company he brought into the state - are direct testaments to his economic foresight and business acumen. Far from tarnishing his legacy, the list only enhances it. But one cannot help but wonder: why stop at six? What are they trying to conceal? I wouldn’t be surprised if companies ranked 7, 8, 9 - or even 20 - reveal further traces of Obi’s prudent governance and investor-friendly policies. We must demand a broader, more transparent audit: Who truly drives revenue in Anambra? What are their stories? And under whose watch were they nurtured? True accountability must rest on full disclosure. Perhaps we should remind them that, before leaving office, Mr. Peter Obi secured a vast stretch of land along the banks of the Omambala River for SABMiller’s planned expansion. But no sooner had he left than his successor began “speaking in tongues” to the company - sending signals they could neither decode nor trust. Quietly, they relocated to Ogun State. At the commissioning of their new facility, the Governor of Ogun State publicly thanked Peter Obi for making the investment possible. What a twist. Sadly, this pattern didn’t end with SABMiller. Just before he left office, Obi had also attracted Distell, the brewers of Amarula, to build a facility in Ozubulu. The ground-breaking ceremony was already done. Likewise, he had performed the foundation-laying for a major pharmaceutical company in Amawbia. But these ventures, too, evaporated after his departure. Like SABMiller, they could not comprehend the new “tongues” being spoken by his successor. And there is more. For over a decade, Peter Obi was the highest individual taxpayer in Anambra State - until, that is, his successor directed the State Tax Board not to issue him a tax clearance certificate. Strangely enough, this compelled him to start paying taxes in Enugu. I wish that part of his record would also be published. In their desperate attempt to undermine Peter Obi, his detractors are, ironically, elevating him. When one sets out to diminish a man and ends up unintentionally highlighting his virtues - what else can we call it, if not lunacy? Credit: Valentine Obienyem |
Let's see the input from soludos fun city by next year who is hell bent on dragging Obi to the ground. Obi >>>> Soludo |
This is relative and it's obvious why Nigeria isn't on the top ten. |
Figurine007:Stab yourself in the heart. You expect him to start with 200 airplanes? Peace Mass transit started with two buses. You know the story today. |
looseweight:You're so right on this because if the next is similar to his misfit of a predecessor, then this would be a waste of resources. |
Celestialsword:I am Igbo and I'm very much against the ADC. The composition of those forming it isn't good for Nigeria. Elrufai is the number one on that list. He's evil! |
Useless tradition. Some of this stupid tradition should be done away with. |
Gabrielshow24:You guys keep making God look wicked. |
How does this translate to begging? So that he was asked to send his resume to you, a mere assistant, an order you're bound to over by virtue of your job and which you were being paid, means begging? Reno is daft |
This story is a cliche. It's a recycled story with no real occurrence. |
Tinubu may be wrong in many things but El_rufai is the evil I won't wish on my enemies. |
emkz:You dey mind the dumbs. Anything to massage their ego including half truths and lies. |
After the political and ceremonial visit. Was the visit of any use? Tinubu na failure personified. |
adekolaelect:You will be a victim of similar insecurity case and Tinubu's reaction to this case will be same in your case. Your family will applaud him. Say Amen. |
Agbegbaorogboye:Really? Why do Igbo's gets attacked and the Unknown Gunmen issue referenced whenever we lend our voice to an insecurity to other parts of the country? Those you copied are right and are justified. |
The Arewa, NEF. ,Basie Elrufai and other are now mute on the brutal and horrible killings in Benue by the terrorist Fulani Herdsmen. But when same is replicated on them, they will crawl out of their holes to spill rubbish. |
Tinubu Over Elrufai Any day, any time. Tinubu may have been wrong in some things but he's a far cry to what the devil Elrufai is. And to his irrelevant son, you don't matter. |
TheWebbers:This is all you could think of? How evil can the human mind be? |
PigTormentor:You're right. The woman shot at the miscreant with an AK 47 and missed, the stabbing to death is a reaction to the shot. Here you have your full story. Onukwu |
Sonnobax15:Seriously, I don't understand the rationale behind these actions. Like, you're already a celebrity but had to risk your life, seeking for the attention for who you can become greater than? |

. TBH,if I were the only one in this world, all these so-called celebrities wouldn't be feeling funky and big cuz I no really send them and their papa for here
