Let's talk about his previous arrests, he was arrested for child molestation, sexual battery and soliciting lewd conduct. It didn't mention that he was convicted and he was obviously not deported which means he wasn't guilty.

You mentioned not wasting task payers, I personally think that depends on the gravity of the offence, maybe you fought someone indiscriminately, or you said something about the country you are not suppose to say perhaps etc.

But for a crime as grievous as child molestation, sexual battery, do you really think they will just let the criminal go, I don't think so. We have seen cases where the US would extradite criminals from others countries into the US to face the music for their crimes.

The fact that somebody was arrested for a crime doesn't mean he committed it. On the thread it was stated he had previous arrests, emphasis on the plural. Do you really think if he committed those acts he'd be released. I don't think so.

The thread also mentioned he is been kept somewhere pending removal, I am guessing it is deportation. But if he is guilty, why deport him upfront and not purnish him first.

He must have been guilty of one crime or the other, say he didn't commit or is guilty on previous arrests, why then would he be kept for deportation? sometimes in some cases foreign criminals can be deported upfront to save tax payers money. No need putting him in prison for 10 years and deport him after. Also Some foreign criminals agree to such choice either be deported now or after 10 years

So who do you think Would not want him to stay there? It isn't up to individuals decision who stays or goes it is the state's
