I live around Kosofe Local government in Lagos state. There are some filling stations around that take 100 naira off any amount of fuel you're buying claiming it's money for keg.

I have challenged them several times and now I look like the bad one, these people claim they charge the 100 naira because they're not supposed to sell for kegs normally, and I often ask them "how many people get car for Nigeria"

These are notable filling stations like Mobil and Total, what's the necessary authority I can report them to? Because this is absolute corruption.

If you take 100 Naira off Two thousand Naira, you'll definitely see nothing bad in stealing 100million off 2billion Naira.
