Please I'd like to know what it means when one has a dream in a dream.

Let me try to analyze this for clarity.

One sleeps and has a dream(dream 1, in normal dream world) right there in dream 1, he dreams another dream (dream 2).

An event took place in dream 2. The dreamer wakes from dream 2, thinking that he's fully awake in the real world. He began to converse with another fellow here about what happened in his dream, not knowing that the conversation going on here is still taking place in a dream before waking up in the real world.
