This is very accurate. Created a post sometime ago about how their services are so amazing. They actually save me so much money anytime I ship with them. And I always have peace of mind because I know nothing will happen to my items. People will just come out to talk bad about someone's business without evidence. If something happened, I'm sure they have sorted it out but people will always be people and try to badmouth. Anyway, up Shoptomydoor! Keep up with the good work and don't let any unnecessary comments spoil your brand.

Honestly, I love the way they handle those tough times. They update you, call you and act like they could have carried the load on their heads to you in Nigeria. Too customer focused and down to earth , not in any way like all those other ones that will be forming too busy, too much money and customers to care about you sef. I have seen hell before with DHL so i know that Shoptomydoor is over good oh. I used to be sacred of business that don't have big names before but mehn Shoptomydoor don change my orientation.

Well i have seen that there are the good and bad sides and for now i ABSOLUTELY TRUST SHOPTOMYDOOR. They have improved over the years, and just like every other business, there is no perfect one. Weigh your pros and cons and do as you please. Shoptomydoor seems well established, i have read so many attacks on them and i also see the efforts they make to turn things around. Like you said there are so many others but i have had my fair share of hurtful transactions with some other shipper. For me and me oh I AM STICKING WITH SHOPTOMYDOOR. They are the best so far. I will recommend Shoptomydoor any day, any time. I have used DHL and the experiences were all terrible. The shipping cost by DHL were so high i almost ran mad, not to talk of the fact that they had other hidden charges. I kept using them just because of name, but i lost so much money using those people, they don't even care about you unlike how Shoptomydoor treats since i got them to handle my business. If this good experience i am getting at shoptomydoor is hype then it means they can only get better cos right now i have peace of mind with shoptomydoor. I live in Abuja and they deliver right to to me in Maitama.

Besides Shoptomydoor are one of the most expensive freight forwarders out there... Don't be deceived...Don't believe the hype... In TERMS OF PRICING they are up there with the likes of DHL, UPS and FedFx... However in terms of services, there are NOT EVEN IN THE SHADOWS of those companies mentioned...

True. The fact that they can do a refund in 24 hours is enough assurance that items will be shipped right to your door. I am not sure of any company that can take up such challenge in Nigeria. IT'S QUITE IMPRESSIVE

This is quite true. I have gotten a refund from them for an item that got damaged when I shipped with them. I didn't even need to pay insurance, apparently that comes free. The company is quite committed to their words. They made sure I got a full refund in 24 hours even though the item was damaged in transit and couldn't possibly be their fault. Even the process of getting the refund wasn't stressful at all. More kudos to them, they're doing great.

Shopping from the UK is not expensive if you have the right company that aid your shopping and shipping experience . There is a shipping company that makes all things better from helping you shop directly from trusted stores in the UK and US and bringing it down to Nigeria. That company is shoptomydoor, i have used them and trusted them over the years to help buy and ship good stuffs.

Isn't it amazing that this company called shoptomydoor has a better way of handling the fears of Nigerians? I mean, they are the only shipping company in Nigeria that I know will you pay you back the entire money spent on shipping any item as well as the money spent on buying the item back to you, if by any means the products you are shipping through them at Shoptomydoor gets missing or damaged.

Do you know any other shipping company like shoptomydoor? Because, for me they are just too good to be true. I have experienced their goodness and promised to update people on them. Shoptomydoor is a reliable shipping company.

Yes they are so affordable. Problem is people never compare Shoptomydoor with their competitors (DHL, Fedex or UPS). Shoptomydoor dey try mbok - very very cheap for the comfort they give you always.

Shoptomydoor is cheaper than many shippers oh. I paid just $17.93 because it was far cheaper to ship my laptop through their ocean shipping from USA to Nigeria. But you will be charged duty depending on the value of your laptop. Mine was refurbished so i paid $5.05 that is usually 10% of the value of the item. So a friend of mine who is like a sister to me is pregnant and i am wondering if shopping from UK is not so expensive for an average income earner. I think US has good stuffs too and they exchange rate for dollar is still fair. Please advise without insult needed here, I will like to show here this to guide her choices - please don't advise Nigeria stores, the influx of fake products are overwhelming already - except it is a made in Nigeria product sha.

The cost of shipping was recently crashed oh. Simply pick a phone to call and confirm information you get on this platform. Last time i shipped a phone with them and it was about $28 but recently when i used the get a quote it was $10 lesser or more sef. But please verify pricing from their customer service and you will not regret it. It's the wisest thing to do in this country, speak to the source not social media.

For anyone who ships items a lot from the US or Uk, you might want to try out Shoptomydoor. As a regular shipper, I know how stressful shipping from overseas can be with the amount of unreliable shippers we have out there. I had headaches and sleepless nights over my items until I discovered Shoptomydoor. At that point I had almost given up because the last shipment I did, I lost hundreds of dollars ( I will not mention the name of the shipping company sha) because they could not find my items and they didn't refund me. Shoptomydoor popped up when I did a google search (I was tired of relying on word of mouth that was taking me nowhere) and this time, google did not fail me. I decided to try again. I shipped a book and phone case because the money was quite negligible since I was going to ship via ocean (shipping cost was approximately N4,000) and I got it when they said I would. I just wait till they all arrive and ship them out at once, thereby saving myself a lot of money. My friends even ask me to help them ship these days.
