Role Overview Losgiddy Photography (www.losgiddy.com) is looking for a highly proactive, intelligent, and strategic thinker who can take ideas and turn them into actions. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations within the studio, overseeing video and photography projects, and driving social media engagement. Success in this position means being able to execute tasks without micromanagement, improve workflow efficiency, and proactively handle day-to-day business functions. This role plays a crucial part in supporting executive operations, media production, and digital content strategies to enhance the brand’s overall presence. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Operations: Assist the Director by implementing ideas, tracking tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of daily business functions. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative duties, including personal errands as needed. Social Media & Content Creation: Oversee content strategy and execution across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook). Repurpose content, engage with audiences, and ensure timely posting of Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) content. Video & Studio Production Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of photography and video shoots. Manage logistics, ensure equipment is maintained, and coordinate models and shoot schedules. Photography School & Client Management: Maintain student attendance records, oversee progress tracking, and assist in organizing student projects and exhibitions. Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth administrative flow. Marketing & Outreach: Support promotional campaigns, prepare marketing materials, and assist in outreach efforts to attract students and clients. Ensure financial records, invoicing, and payment tracking are well-maintained. Qualifications Ability to take verbal ideas and implement them efficiently without micromanagement. Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced creative environment. Experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement. Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and task management tools (Asana, Trello). Background in photography, media production, or creative operations is a plus. Must live within the Yaba/Surulere axis for easy commute. Why Join Us?
