4 skills that will improve your chances in the labour market
The labour market in Nigeria is over saturated thus there is need to set one's self aside for a better chance at employment and better wage. Here are five skills that will set you apart in the Nigerian labour market.

Communication skills

Everybody can communicate either verbally or non-verbally. Its embedded in us however not everybody has communication skills which entails being a good listener, concision and clarity, expressly articulate in communicating emphatically. Communication in this context goes beyond passing information from one person to another. It is the emphatical expression of desire such that the message is understood clearly.
Critical and creative thinking

Ability to think swiftly and come up with creative and realistic solutions to problems without bias .This is another skill that Human resources screen for in employees. These skill stems from the pool of knowledge and experience of the employee. He is able to proffer objective, reasonable and creative solutions to problems when he has wealth of knowledge and experience about the field. Creative and critical thinking helps improve the value of somebody in an organization as critical thinkers bring creative solutions to the table and help the organization to remain innovative.

Understand and evolve with industry trends
Every industry is dynamic. Industries are always changing, trends come and go. And organization that fails to evolve with the industry gets left behind. It is important for every potential empoyee to continue to follow trends of industries in their field. Employers wants employees that will bring its organization fresh ideas and strategies that will enable the organization to be innovative and competitive and the only way to ensure this is to follow industry trends. Trend analysis helps provide valuable insights and contribute to formulating a better growth strategy.
Programming
The world is evolving at a fast pace technologically and in this advancingb technological world of ours, everyday there is a demand for technologically knowledgeable individuals in almost every field. Becoming technologically knowledgeable gives one an edge in the labour market as employers would consider their usefulness overall as compared to the technologically ignorant counterparts particularly with the continuous increasing demand for people with skills in Artificial Intelligence, Data scientist, cybersecurity, mobile application builder etc The advantage of this is that you don't have to necessarily be certified, just be proficient at it.

RomanceDear Kings, Why You Should Avoid Broke Girls In 2019 by Loudthoughts1(op):
Dear Kings, Why you should avoid Broke
Girls in 2019

Copied from Loudthoughts.com.ng

The previous year taught me a lot about life
and relationships with people. One of the
tenets i got to understand in a very hard way
is to never date Broke Girls anymore. The
reason i'm bringing to this to the fore is so
that my fellow kings will not suffer the
degradation and humiliation i went through
in the hands of this set of leeches called
Broke Girls.

A broke girl in this context does not only
refer to girls who can't afford basic human
requirements and look-good/slayqueen
accessories, it also refers to girls who are
impoverished mentally.
You want to know why you should avoid
these set of people:
They will ruin your life. This is plain non-
sugar coathed truth here kings. Let me
explain further.

They'll ruin your finances

You've planned out how to spend your
income only for your broke girl to bill you
heavily and in order to satisfy her, you
oblige giving her the money which you had
previously planned upon afterall she's your
other half. Have you thought about it and
realized the reason you don't actualize
most of your plans is because of the
incessant outrageous demands of your
supposed other half? Learn king.
You'll end up being frustrated
To a broke girl, money matters the most.
Nothing else matters. In a situation where
you can't meet her outrageous demands,
she'll frustrate your life. Talk about the side
jabs, snide remarks, unnecessary insult to
your manly ego etcetera and you won't hear
the last of it until she gets what she wants
even if its at your own peril.

No commitment

Broke Girls have no commitment to anyone.
Don't be deceived by their shenanigans.
They're only loyal to the current best bill
payer. Once you can't offset their bills
anymore, you're a goner. One ticket things.
The funny thing is once you're off their list,
no matter what you do, you'll always be on
the bench as a sidepiece.

Furthermore, all what they know is spend,
spend and spend more. No idea on how to
save for the rainy day or investing into a
solid idea that would yield. How are you
going to make it beyond average with that?
Think brothers. Think.
There you have it kings. Don't play with your
life.

Music/RadioReview Of Lil Kesh's Logo Benz by Loudthoughts1(op): 8:46am On Dec 22, 2018
I finally listened to Lil kesh's logo benz yesterday night.
That song made much buzz than any Nigerian song in
2018 albeit it was more of negative than positive but if
you think about it deeply no kinda publicity is bad
publicity.

Contrary to popular opinions I saw that made me want to
listen to the song so bad, the song is actually a
melodious danceable song. The type you wanna vibe to
after a stressful day at work. Great chorus by Olamide
and amazing production overall.

Too be honest, the lyrics isn't all that great but to a
large extent, most people wouldn't really care after all
we just want to vibe to some good shit moreover Lil Kesh
and Olamide aren't particularly known for great lyrics so
I wonder what the fuzz us all about. The line "if Allah /
Jesus nor bless me I go do blood money" captions the
mindset of the average Lagos modern youth. Let's not
pretend about it. That's why 9ice - living things was and
is still a bomb. That's why Hushpuppy has so many
instagram followers. Etc

If you're yet to listen to the song, I'd advice you get a
clean ear piece or eaebuds as the case maybe then tune
to the vibe. This is just my opinion not yours. You're
free to agree or disagree, don't comman be telling me
what I don't know.
