Help pls, urgently.. Yesterday my phone's battery ran down. Upon trying to charge it refused to charge. It kept showing the charging sign, that would go off and come back on buh it wasn't charging, tried to put it on but it shows the infinix logo and returns to the charging sign again... Have tried using universal charger for the battery.. Buh the phone refuses to come on. Pls i need help |

Keep trying to use the studio(pic) app, it keeps closing. And I can't use the freedom app on my play store ... Keeps closing too. |
