Please i submitted my Student Visa Application (Master's degree) on May 14, 2012 to the VAC for fall 2012. Meanwhile, i once applied for same visa last year June and and i reached a stage where i was asked to go for medicals which i did around August 8 same last year. But eventually, i was refused visa because of insufficient funding.Now i had to tell the school to defer the admission which they did for me till Sept 2012. Now, i am reapplying with enough funding in my personal account statement but before i used a sponsor lastyear when my application was refused.
Now i have the following questions to ask:
1 Will the embassy tell me to do another medical since the medical i did last year August is still valid(within one year)
2. Is there going to be a speedy processing of my application now this year since i presented the same set of documents i did last year with the exception of the funding aspect.
3. Are there other areas you would like to educate me on iro this new application?

Obamacare: Talking about reference letter from the Bank, what type of reference letter are you talking about Please explain. I believe the guy was denied because his sponsors dont have binding relationship with him and he is not able to proof sufficient tie to his homeland in the form of investment, Trade deals, shares, building and other possible sources of personal funding.

All said and done, what i now need is a sponsor. House, how can anyone help me out? As i said before, i don't have any rich relative that can do this for me and i do not want to miss this funding Of $8,170 awarded to me again the second time. I reside in Abuja. Again, do not forget that i have applied before - lastyear - am reapplying again this year.
Pls house, this is a chance i don't want to miss. Anyone who has a way of assisting me should pls indicate.

Noswaa: Why we ask is to know how to help you,how do you prove to them about your relationship with your sponsor,and how do you state the what your sponsor will benefit after your studies,do you present him like long term family friend,or otherwise

In the sponsorship letter, it was stated that the person is my maternal uncle, though i never stated what he's going to gain from my travel. Also, i used another person, a friend who works in Zenith as another sponsor all together and it was stated dt he's a friend.
I actually combined these two sponsors in order for me to have a brighter chance as far as funding my program is concerned.
The first sponsor has up to N20m in his a/c while that my Zenith friend used his salary a/c,the two of them wrote a letter of sponsorship on my behalf.
That's it.

Noswaa: what is exatly the cause of refusal as it was stated on the letter,and how do you present your sponsorship letter

This exacly how it was put in the refusal letter:
1. not having sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada to maintain yourself during your proposed period of study
2. not having sufficient and available financial resources, without working in canada to pay the cost of transporting urself to and from Canada
Other reasons:
3. Sponsor relationship not proven
4. Sponsor not credible
5. Cannot sustain finances beyond scholarship
6. Refused finances and bona fides

I got an admission to study in a university in Canada MA program in Sociology. I was also given a funding Of $8,170. But i don't have any rich family member who can be my sponsor. And i am not all that okay financially and i see this as an opportunity to liberate myself and my immediate family( my wife and my kids)
Pls, who can help or give direction on how i can go about it so dt i can secure the visa.
Please note that the admission was previously given to me last year even with funding, so i packaged the application for myself then using a friend to help get a sponsor but eventually i was refused visa for inadequate funding. So, i had to tell the skul to defer dt admission which they did for me to start in 2012. Not only did the skul defer dt admission they also re-awarded that same funding back to me ds time again - what an priviledge!. Now, i see ds as a second chance dt must not be missed.
Pls, help.
