Good morning all. I newly joined this platform and I will be please if a solution is proffered for my question.

I just started the Canada express entry program. I was asked to upload my proof of name. I have been unable to do so. Everytime I try to upload it, they inform me that i should "please attach atleast one document". Is there something I am doing wrong?
