Good morning, Loraous. I have the same phone as yours, but my issue with the phone is on WhatsApp. Whenever I'm on WhatsApp, there'll be no sign or indicator to show my contacts that are online, despite setting my "last seen and online" to Everyone.
Do you experience such a thing on your phone? If no, how do I correct it?
I just bought the phone(infinix smart 7 Plus) last week, because of the battery. It's my first time of using an Infinix phone.

To anyone that gives me an answer...god bless you..I got an Infinix few days ago..Infinix hot s3x..then I noticed it charges very slow..I've never seen any phone that charges slow as this..guys..it took me 10hours for the phone to reach %72 today..im telling you..so I don't know..pls as anyone used this model before..if you have how was it..was it this slow..? You can first check your settings for possible solutions, if the problem persist, take it a technician for better diagnosis
