Use a VPN problem solved. There are many free VPNs in the appstore and playstore and they will work just fine. Twitter isn't restricting IP addresses, so even blacklisted IPs will work 100%. The ban is usless because of VPN just as the ban on cryptocurrency is usless because of peer to peer. Nigerian government are not smart at all.

So in essence, HND holders will now be recognized as first degree holders without any form of discrimination. Meaning it's equivalent to BSc now or what? Then what happens to the remaining 70% of students who are not studying related courses, so they will have to seek admission into a university's now.

Their is one very important point you missed, girls under 16 are very young and very confused. I decided to join Nairaland today finally (been a guest for about year now). But my boyfriend is always on this forum and sharing links to interesting topics for me to read up and I find them very educative. But on joining this forum, I noticed there are alot of trolls here, and people make fun of just about everything even when the poster is serious. Well, I'm glad I joined this great forum and I wish to gain more knowledge from great minds here. It's really nice to be here, Nairaland keep up the great work!
