the best bet is for u to come over and let's carry out proper investigations and treatment. It's cheaper in the longer run compared to first aid treatment nd would advice u to come as soon as possible. U can buy ibuprofen and take it 400mg 8 hourly for 5 days.

plsease can u pescribe a drug i can use for my teeth because i have a toothache and its really painfull i cant even talk very well,i dont have enough money with me thats why i cant go to see a dentist now.so pls kindly help me with something i can use to relieve the pain.
