Secondly, there's no scientific proof that masturbation causes quick ejaculation, so take your mind off that. Although you need to reduce the rate at which you masturbate. It kills your vibes, confidence and sex drive when over-done.

Thirdly, how sexually experienced are you? If you just started having regular sex, poor performance like this not unusual and will go away with time. Like every other activity in life, you get better at sex with more practice. If you're not a newbie to sex, then there'd be more cause to worry.

Fourthly, what is the status of your penis after you cum? Does it stay hard enough for you to keep stroking or it goes flaccid?
