I have been facing certain error with the printer, the unknown error that is depicted on the system called Epson error code 0x97, I have tried to counter the issue but the printer is suddenly turning off and further not responding to it. The error is somewhat a hardware error but no proper solution is found, I would appreciate any proper knowledge and solution to this issue.
