If you are funding over $20 you can't, uba limit on cards now is $20. If you have used your card to do some purchases online and you did over $20 it won't go - the limit.

yes I am aware of the $20 monthly limit, I have done any intl transaction this month, I tried both 10 and 20 but wasn't successful

I don't think it's possible to fund with naira card anymore, so you have to get a prepaid card. Ask your bank which prepaid card they got and how you can get it. Minimum withdrawal is $5 or £5 depending on the currency you choose.
