Everyone keep making noise of them building their own OS and what if it was better ?? like that was the first time someone will try to build an OS , it doesn't work like that , Samsung try too with tizen OS, it failed , LG tried with WEBOS , it failed , Firefox also develop their OS which is similar to this Chromebook and also failed woefully ,Microsoft nko ? with all the money ? they failed terribly with Nokia with their window mobile OS

contrary to what u think about OS , it's not about building OS, there is what makes Google and IOS succeed in that space and I tell u for another company to enter that frame , they will spend their blood ...even u will not ditch your Gmail , WhatsApp , Facebook , Twitter for anything from Huawei , Amazon knows this ,they are using Android but it's the open source version and u can not have the regular playstore , Gmail and Co on it and with that self ,they are still not popular
u get now ? it's not about building OS it's about convincing the major developer to develop app for you , Microsoft failed with it , Amazon failed with it , Firefox failed , Samsung failed , LG failed , u need serious money to surpass match either Google or IOS in the mobile OS space

It's simple answer ...Just compare China population with Korea ..China love their own ...Korea is USA ally they been control by USA For decades or century now , Their OS won't work out...if u ask me I will even tell u that Samsung is also looking for a way Outta Google ...and again how many people can afford Samsung phones and LG ( very pricey ) when they released their OS .....if not for China most of us we not have smartphones Today ....I will always support them ( China ) because they make life easier for us in Africa as a whole ....China is not push over .,..its Trade war ...Huawei is the biggest company in China they Just using it as bait to get back at China....They want to control China but it's not possible .......USA don't want any one to breath freely because of Power !!!
