21st of November 2011: A Nigerian Police Officer may have breathed his last on this fateful day, but for the timely intervention of award winning international Musician, Tuface Idibia and Managing Director of EL-Carnaval, organizers of Industry Nite, Matthew Ohio.

In an interview with Mr. Ohio, he explained that he and Tuface were on their way from a nightclub to Southern Sun, a hotel in Ikoyi at 3am in the morning, when they found the body of Corporal Ganiu on the road at Muri Okunola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to Forbes,

Forbes’ inaugural list of the 40 Richest People in Africa is a testament to the growing global importance of the continent.

The combined wealth of the 40 richest is $64.9 billion – more than Thailand’s 40 richest (at $45 billion) but less than Taiwan’s (at $92.7 billion).

The richest among them is Aliko Dangote of Nigeria, with a $10.1 billion fortune based on his stake in publicly-traded Dangote Cement –which has operations across Africa — as well as his interests in flour milling, sugar refining and salt processing.

Fresh new music coming from the king of the Zanga – Durella. This one is titled “Gaga” and it features no one but star boy Wizkid. This is the 2nd single off Durella’s new album “Back/Better/Bada” which would be released in 2012. There have also been talks Durella going on a European Tour by the end of this month.
