Simply put, no diseases!!!!

Heartbreak is so hard and anyone who down plays it has never been in love. The good news is you will get over it but it does take time. If you are a Christian than realize that rejection and unrequited love is possibly one of the things we as humans have most in common with our Savior. No one knows better than Him the feeling of heartache due to rejection. Draw near to Him in this time of overwhelming saddness and remind yourself over and over that you will love again.
The only other thing I can offer to you is that sometimes replacing him pretty quickly gets the job done. I get really drunk after a break-up and then go out and find someone new to hang out with.

love is grace!! Its in the subconscious and we never know how or when it starts but it sure feels wonderful when you realize it's there. Its almost like a mental illness that you don't want to get rid of!! Until the one who caused it to come about hurts you.

I have a way that I learned to get over an ex and it really did help me. Here's what you do: you picture your ex on a movie screen, not moving. Stare at it in your mind, then you see a small square picture coming out from the middle of the screen. The smaller pic is of you. The smaller picture gets larger and larger until it covers your ex completely. Do this over and over. This actually trains the brain to stop thinking of that person and it may help you put yourself first in the next relationship. Good luck. I know it can be difficult, I've been there!!
