You offered a customer a phone for 15k,failed to deliver,just because the customer did the mistake to pay him fully before delivery

Now to make a refund,you keep offering the customer,phones you advertise cheaper online at an exhorbitant price,

Customer is even reasonable would ask that you sell at the price you stated online,you would say no

Now customer wants a refund,you kept posting the customer since JANUARY!!
