As The Accounting & Administration Officer (AAO) is a thought-partner and reports to the Managing Director (MD). You will be the go-to person for everything involving Accounting & Administration.

Responsibilities
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting
• Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Support general administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office operations
• Generate and present financial reports to management
• Stock control and correction.
• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all business lines, and oversee all financial accounting.
