To answer ur question Sir, I applied cos I had hopes far beyond wat d exams af to offer...dis is Naija..all man for himsef God for us all...Plus dere is merit but its only 5%..nd to break down d 5% wud be best candidate in in each of d various centres..believe or nt dis is firsthand info..
