Romance / Re: Am I Too Introverted? Please Help by Lupechance: 1:37pm On Mar 11, 2017
Ginaz:

My dear, people tend to take us like an outcast cos we live inside our head everyday. I feel out of place in a gathering and I find it very hard to express myself. Going out of my house is like war, I so much enjoy my company that when someone calls to tell me they want to visit me I lie or make excuses I'm not at home. Or if they come sef, I will be praying they go quickly.

They take advantage of it a lot, everybody knows I will be at home so all the errands are on my head. I just feel angry when my family doesn't understand I like being alone, I don't have to be in your gathering to have fun. I have fun in my head. They look me like I'm not mentally OK, which gets me very mad and more indoors. I didn't go to my cousins marriage, lol. I told them to leave me aloneeee.

I love my novels, my sleep, my space, my head. If I get married one day how do I cope?

The entire first paragraph is exactly me.

What surprises me the most is that TTT agreed that kemen is a liar when they were speaking of what they hated about each other .What I don't understand is how he was so quick to throw T boss under the bus .How can a man nearly in his forties act like a child?

A man who denied not just his wife, but his children still surprises you

Thank you very much.... You have answered my question and have further confirm the circumstance warranted what was very much avoidable.

She fully understood the circumstance and that if it came to it, the dude being stupid like he eventually did, it will be a win for her. So in the end the fool bit the bullet.

Hence the females hyperventilating here cannot use this scenario in judging real life scenario. It will be incredibly stupid for a woman to actualise that scenario in real life and be spouting consent.

Once again am not arguing for rape, nor blaming victims or arguing against consent.

You dey her mind. And yes you are blaming the victim and excusing the offense and its perpetrator.

You were using western ideology in basing your standard abi? You brought that in to buttress your point. You in essence were saying Africans are barbaric while also placing those of western countries to be of emulation. The same america Trump was elected in.

I then went faulting what you used as a premise in judging african settings.

I dont think i have for once blamed raped victims, those suffered at the hands of relations, whats there to blame? But to know that man is inherently evil, its stated in the bible and history has proven it time and time again.

Even Jesus who healed people and did so many thing, was brutally murdered. Yet a lady sits and puts her self in a situation knowningly and ASSUME ALL men will act civil with her when she is better informed of the circumstance and how avoidable it is.

You need help. Nobody in their right mind puts themselves in a situation to be harassed, molested or raped. So any girl who lays next to a guy or dresses even naked, is saying rape me harass me. The worst thing is there are many people who reason like yourself. No excuse for sexual harassment of any sort.

STOP BLAMING THE FUCKING VICTIM.

Some people are even supporting it, saying because she didn't react, she wanted it. That's how rape is perpetuated.
That's crazy, she clearly wasn't expecting him to do that. Her reaction says it all.

I am suspecting she is Ghanian as well, her body features doesnt look like that of a typical Igbo lady and the way she speaks too. Her body is very stiff and her arms looks like a weightlifter's arms, some Ghanian ladies have such arms, not common with Nigerian ladies at all. I might be wrong sha.

You people and your stereotypes, smh. God will help you.

I wanted to correct him oga, whatever you assume is no more than that 'an assumption'

He was the one who started using terms like ITK,

We are not using local language to communicate, so sad that we were colonized and have to use a foreign language to understand each other. If you want to do something, do it WELL. Do not make excuses for why it isn't so.

No be my papa language, is not an excuse to bastardise another person's language. Better to not use it at all than to make nonsense of it and then bring in the usual "local language" as a defense.

When the whole country was laughing at Dame PEJ, I didn't see most of you saying anything of local language.

Some days ago, someone corrected me on the appropriate spelling of "Hearsay" and I did not make a fuss of it. I simply checked and acknowledged my wrong. I did not start using the illiterate excuse of "it is not my local language"

The next time he or any of you local language advocates want to use another man's language, use it appropriately or leave it for people who know how to. After all, it is not by force to speak another man's language

PS: Comparing a country with over 100 languages to countries with one unifying language is laughable. Please tell me, is it Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa that you want to turn to our lingua franca since all the 'world powers' use their own language.
So On point.
