A friend of mine that works at the port took a picture of the car and sent it to me when it landed.

It is a 2022 Highlander platinum and it has landed since May ending. I went to the port but the agent said I can’t be allowed to see the car because of the place it is. This thing has taken a whole toll on me as the she brings different excuse every day

I wrote a topic earlier about the troubles I have been having with the agent and now she sent me a document saying she has done revaluations and is waiting for reference number from Abuja for a car that is here in Lagos before she can go to the bank to make payments. I was told the car will be cleared on Thursday that I should come for it on Friday and now she has changed it to Tuesday saying it’s because she has not received reference number from Abuja. The demurrage on the car is going to almost 2 months now. I am so heart broken about all this because I have a paid the total money for the clearance . Can some one enlighten me more on this please.

My car landed a month ago and I have payed for clearance, the agent keeps telling me that there is server problem and yesterday I had to go down to apapa to see her and she told me that valuation has not dropped and that’s why it is not ready. Can someone enlighten me more about this as demurrage charges keeps piling up
