Priority Payment Receipt - if you paid for priority print it from your email.
Appointment Slip - Print it from your email.
Two Passport Photographs - Not always required but go along with it.

Bio was in Abuja on same 9th Dec.
Escalated and got same response you just got.
Today, was emailed to provide additional document just to justify post-graduation acivities.

So, hopefully you should receive a response shortly.
