I know this is coming late but I hope you went for the interview, I joined ren in 2018 with 58k salary, I didn't need to walk round lagos for customers, I got then through LinkedIn, my monthly incentive was over 250k back then. In all I enjoyed working there.
However I left in 2019.

How did you get customers from LinkedIn? Please I need lessons

Wow... they should have mailed others to forget about it rather than make people keep waiting and getting their hopes high.

She actually said they're still calling people, and it could take 2-3 weeks to round up the phone interview

It's true, I got a call last week, 15min interview, she said there's two more stages. Competition is very high, they need one candidate from each region (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa and Senegal)

After my interview with them, I was given offer letter as credit officer(personal and business lending) when we resumed, we all found out that we will not be doing business lending and the state some of us were posted to is more into business(Oyo State). The risk mgt team will frustrate most of your loan bookings with one excuse or the other. These same loans will be approved by other loan companies. You will be given 3 months probation period and people are just sacked anyhow with high staff turnover too. There are other unethical practices that you have to do if you are to survive. Pay is 159211k per month

This is serious, I was interview for "Sales officer Trainee" role, is it the same as credit officer?
The you ask why you guys were not allowed to do business lending?
What was their target?
