as u all know reunescape as been recently updated and with updates sometimes bugs appear, when surfing the net i discovered a e-mail that jagex uses to receive complains about scammers and macros reports.

i sent an email complaining and got this answer
"please for us to replace your stolen items send for this e-mail and email with this objets and nothing more : your account name written backwards , your password written backwards, and the items that were scammed or stollen to you. we ask you to write it backwards for security issues , please respect them"

PS the email is jagex_help_hacking@hotmail.com
