kiarra:
Okay I can't respond to everyone but let me just summarize and end with this cause I can't keep responding unfortunately.
I want to touch certain things.
I never Insisted to him that the charging port was the issue. I told him that him that either the charging port or charger as I didn't know, I was however certain that the charging stops and wasn't stable.
Next is implying I wanted another phone, if I got a phone from a shop for example, nd notice such issue the next day ill definitely take it to the shop and something would definitely be done before I leave there. In this case however, I didn't want a replacement phone, that would be irrational but I did expect another charger cause from the explanation I gave him, it was obvious it was a cord issue. Him asking me to gu buy another cable with my money was in my opinion bad customer service. Cause I told him I don't have any type c cable around and he asked me to go get one. Now at no point did he try to imply that he would compensate me if I purchase with my own money, or if he would send me a cable. And from our personal conversation, that wasn't a plan he had. He is just be saying it herein public.
Also I didn't hold him responsible, but he should be held accountable because I bought from him based on assured quality, and since I didn't get that, something should have been done by him to make the aggrieved customer happier considering the circumstances.

Those saying it may be a factory defect, I told him. Clearly in a vn, that if he had told me it could be from the manufacturer, a defect, it would have been better. But he kept insisting that if the charger isn't the problem, if the problem persist after changing cable, then I must have ruined my phone myself. Because it is impossible for such an error to occur. And if the problem was from the phone, I would have noticed the first day and reported it that day. This is where I got upset. Maybe he thought I wanted a replacement phone and felt the best way to protect himself was to blame me.

To conclude, he's not a bad seller. I wish i had a better experience purchasing from him but I unfortunately didn't. I won't be responding anymore. Thank you all for the audience

have you confirmed the exact cause of the problem? That's the most important part of this whole matter.

If you have, post your findings pls.

pharmtasy:
Not with the 10000mAh I have.

Wow. The 20k mah redmi power bank I sell has it. That I can verify because I started using one of them 2 days ago. The screenshot is of my redmi K30. Check the time difference between both shots and the charging gain within the time. I have also been using the phone while it has been charging, if not the charge would have been more.

kiarra:
I dare you to convert the vn and send the part where I called you uneducated and I will delete all my post. I am not a razz fellow and my statement was you are an educated person, don't talk like this. Why you would come here to lie isn't surprising. Also I posted the start of the chat, they all loaded differently. I'll never make a case with deceit

Your first voice note, you even threatened me that you were going to come to nairaland and post a bad review about me. That was the the first voice note you sent. So in other words, you came in with a note of threat, as if saying that would make me quickly promise to change the device and give you another one.
Next, you made this statement "stop talking like this, you're an educated person" in other words, you're saying that I was speaking uneducated when all I had said was that the problem could be the charger, cable or charging port and IF it was charging port, it most likely would be user error. I really wonder what that was, if not a surreptitious way of insulting someone.

I don't want to continue this back and forth argument.

Kindly get another cable, check and then come back with your findings.

jboixxx:
Kiarra, this ↑ is another possible scenario. Also, since you said "until you bend d cable to a particular position", then, the issue is, most likely, with the cable if not what Genius43 noted.

Get yourself any Type-C cable and try. If it is the culprit, you may inform Macbeyland and he may send you replacement cable(s) or compensate you in another way. Person wey de dash people cable anyhow can't find that difficult to give you as compensation. And remember, factory defects happen too; you can't put that on vendor.

That's exactly what I have been saying. Type c cable isn't something that is as scarce as gold anymore. She could get from around her to borrow or even buy, then when it's established that it's the cable, we know what to do from there. I have type c cables I sell and even give to people as extra gift on purchase.
She seems to want me to retrieve the device and give her another one.

samueldon:
Boss does your redmi power bank supports fast charge?
