Okay I can't respond to everyone but let me just summarize and end with this cause I can't keep responding unfortunately.
I want to touch certain things.
I never Insisted to him that the charging port was the issue. I told him that him that either the charging port or charger as I didn't know, I was however certain that the charging stops and wasn't stable.
Next is implying I wanted another phone, if I got a phone from a shop for example, nd notice such issue the next day ill definitely take it to the shop and something would definitely be done before I leave there. In this case however, I didn't want a replacement phone, that would be irrational but I did expect another charger cause from the explanation I gave him, it was obvious it was a cord issue. Him asking me to gu buy another cable with my money was in my opinion bad customer service. Cause I told him I don't have any type c cable around and he asked me to go get one. Now at no point did he try to imply that he would compensate me if I purchase with my own money, or if he would send me a cable. And from our personal conversation, that wasn't a plan he had. He is just be saying it herein public.
Also I didn't hold him responsible, but he should be held accountable because I bought from him based on assured quality, and since I didn't get that, something should have been done by him to make the aggrieved customer happier considering the circumstances.

Those saying it may be a factory defect, I told him. Clearly in a vn, that if he had told me it could be from the manufacturer, a defect, it would have been better. But he kept insisting that if the charger isn't the problem, if the problem persist after changing cable, then I must have ruined my phone myself. Because it is impossible for such an error to occur. And if the problem was from the phone, I would have noticed the first day and reported it that day. This is where I got upset. Maybe he thought I wanted a replacement phone and felt the best way to protect himself was to blame me.

To conclude, he's not a bad seller. I wish i had a better experience purchasing from him but I unfortunately didn't. I won't be responding anymore. Thank you all for the audience

I had all this while resisted the urge to respond to you but this your last response has broken the camel's back. I'm sorry to say this but I'm really disappointed in you. All this thing you have said is senseless (don't make any sense), the guy gave you options which you, for reasons best known to you, refused to explore. He (we) can't help you without you doing the things he recommended. One must know the nature of a sickness before providing a cure. My sincere advice for you is that you explore the options recommended or you please stop wasting everyone's time with this your back and forth. For the last time, do the needful before coming back to tell us another story.
It's even possible you have realized that the cable is the problem but you feel ashamed to open up after all that you have said.

For anyone that feels I've overreacted or any other view similar to that, go through the whole drama and you will understand why I said this

@macbeyland: sorry for what you've undergone in this regard, I'm sure you know how some of us (customers) behave. The way you handled it was reasonable.

@all other customers: please let's all be reasonable and exercise patience with these sellers; they are really trying.

Peace Out.

have you confirmed the exact cause of the problem? That's the most important part of this whole matter.

If you have, post your findings pls.

I don't know you, couldn't care less if you are disappointed. Before I purchased the phone I already told him I dont know anywhere in lagos and the situation around me I can't go out, that's why I had to buy the phone online and I paid for dispatch service so it comes directly to my address. I tried the first suggestion he made about changing the head of the charger and the same problem persist. As for the second suggestion, I have statedly severally I don't have a cable that will fit the port. And I do not want to order online since I'm not certain that's the issue. So when ever I am able to get it I'd try it. I am not in your age grade that wouldn't own up to an error if I made one. But I made no error and nothing has changed, phone still has charging ish. So I haven't realized anything.
When I get the chance to try another cable I'll inform you guys. It's however unfortunate that all these issues is coming up for a device that's barely 3days old

I may be wrong but I believe note 7 pro and note 7 are the same size and use the same accessories.

I have some cases for Note 7 but the tempered glass is now out of stock.

WhatsApp 08057407671 for more details.

Thank you
