Since he has asked for a refund of naira and canceled the deal, don't force him into accepting the funds into his acct. Since u have another acct he can send to, drop that acct to ur sender for him to send to the acct. It'll save u transaction charges. Also, as u want him to receive the funds and then send to another acct, what if the fund enters and his acct get locked? Will u accept the blame? I believe you won't, so please, accept the cancelation of the deal, drop d new acct to ur sender, and let the escrow refund him. Prevention has always been better than cure.

Apologies for the late response to this. Was on the road almost throughout yesterday (Tuesday).

Some of what my buyer, biggerboyc, wrote is true. Anyone who has ever done a deal with me has NEVER had any kind of complaints about my business here. I don't manufacture PayPal funds, I also buy from other suppliers. When biggerboyc contacted me for GnS funds, I asked him if he was not in a haste because on Monday morning, I experienced some challenges accessing my PayPal account and from experience, it's better to be careful further access to avoid limitation. So, I had to contact a supplier for funds. Of course, I pay suppliers in bitcoin. Anyone who did any btc transfers in the last 2-3 days would attest to the fact that there's been delays in blockchain confirmations. Without confirmations, BTC would not get to suppliers. Without that, supplier would not send funds. Before I started at all,

1. I explained to biggerboyc that my PayPal was having issues

2. I asked him if he was not in haste, to which he answered in the affirmative.

I had thought that all the delays wouldn't be more than a few hours. Another buyer had to be refunded by escrow when I told him that the delays would likely take some hours. The escrow can attest to this.

Of course, my buyer agreed to wait and I appreciated that. I never knew that the confirmation would take so long. I had over 10 btc transfers awaiting confirmation as at yesterday (Tuesday) morning. I just checked now and they were probably confirmed later in the day, while I was on the road.

It's important to know that I kept updating biggerboyc, apologising and even offered some form of discount on future deals. Of course, he's tried. And of course, his Naira funds are with the escrow. When he said that he wanted refund, I advised against that simply because, my supplier is sending this particular funds from his account. The normal flow would be to send to me and I send to my buyers. But I had to do this because I fear limitation on my account. I've not accessed it since Monday, as a matter of fact.

When he said that he didn't need the funds anymore, I understood and appreciated his patience. I only advised that he not send back to the sending account as I would not be able to receive the refund. I told him that I would supply him another PayPal account that he can send to. This, I believe, is the bone of contention now. He doesn't want to send to my designated PayPal account but also wants his full Naira refund. I don't think this is fair to me.

Please don't accept. Don't transfer to another account. Only transfer back to the email that sent the fund. Don't trust anybody and don't let anyone use you as a middle man to steal another person's funds or use your account to receive funds from their client because at the end of the day, it will be traced back to you. Be smart. This is 2021.

Not even to transfer. Since the source of funds isn't sure, he should click on refund button for instant refund if he still goes ahead to send.

If this is how it actually happened, then he has no need for any argument. Since he hasn't sent it b4 you told him not to go ahead, it's best he doesn't go ahead. If he goes ahead to send, it means he is purposely looking for trouble.

He announce that he have PayPal available for sale and we agree that I'm buying $500 and we agree to use wese90 as escrow. I sent 190k to wese90 around 11am yesterday. He said I have to be patient, up till now I haven't seen any money. No emails from PayPal concerning any money coming into my account. Now the story he has been telling me since yesterday was that he use to buy PayPal all around the world with bitcoin. That he sent bitcoin to the person and up till now, he hasn't get 3 confirmation. Now I know the kind of money he is trying to sell to me and I told him I don't want the fund again and if any money come into my PayPal, I'm going to refund back to the source. He said I will refund to a different account. I told him I won't be able to do that, that I will only refund back to the source. He start threatening me that I will lose my money.

This is true. I've attached screenshots of his last messages b4 I blocked him and his WhatsApp profile. I strongly believe the pix on his WhatsApp profile doesn't belong to him. The red arrow is pointing to the time the image was sent as a message. I saw a post where one of his victims posted the idiot's bank details which has adamu jungudu as his acct name, and I've recalled buying PayPal funds from him around February this year and he charged back. Unfortunately for the idiot, I retrieved the details of the bank acct he submitted for me to pay him. So, I'm posting those details too.

The accused here is a scammer. He contacted me of having about $102 BTC for sale and after agreeing on the rate, he asked for payment first or we use escrow. So opted for using Macfortune as escrow cos he has always been my escrow. I created the group and added Macfrotune and the so-called seller. Mac then acknowledged being in possession of some of my money and told him to go ahead and send coins to me. Immediately the guy started with a flimsy excuse. He even told me via pchat to collect back d money from escrow, and pay the escrow again and send him a screenshot.
I was so surprised. I told him to search about the escrow here, and Macfortune also told him to do the same. B4 u know it, the idiot left the group chat. I got angry and decided to search about his phone number here, only to discover on here that he's a scammer who had went away with ppl's money. Isn't it funny?
