I’m so sorry about that. Most universities usually do not refund the deposit if a visa is refused on the grounds that the applicant is not a genuine student.

So she wants to print out another bank statement for visa application on Monday ( 30th of March ) the question is

Can the end date on the bank statement be 30th of march Which will be the same date as printing date of the bank statement

Or

The end date should be the last date of transaction ( 2nd of march) while print out date will be 30th of march

Which of the two above is the best option

What are u saying? U are supposed to count at least 28 days from the date ur """50million""" was deposited.... If ds amount was deposited on 2nd march,, wait till 31st March or 1st April to print out.... D date on d bank statement will show d date u printed out.... Secondly u are supposed to do some little deposits like 20k and recharge airtime on that account b4 u print out next week

First,,we don't know ur school,, secondly,,,it's ur own risk,,,,u are supposed to wait....Some schools have a very difficult refund process if anything goes wrong... U should be patient

I don't think there's a sch that doesn't refund,,,all refunds are based on conditions... First of all read all the conditions required for refund b4 concluding on non refund policy... below is d refund policy for NTU which I think applies to all schools..

Your advance payment is only refundable if one of these categories applies to you:

You have requested the return of your advance payment within 14 days of receipt of payment to NTU under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2014.


If your UK Student visa application is rejected (for non-fraudulent reasons). You will need to provide the visa refusal stamp in your passport and a letter from the Entry Clearance Officer explaining their decision with your refund request form.


If you fail to meet the academic conditions of your offer. Also if NTU has made an error in making the offer and now needs to withdraw the offer/CAS.


If you made the visa appointment in time for the latest enrolment date of the course, taking into consideration processing times, but there has been a delay in approving the decision by UKVI.


NTU is unable to provide the academic programme originally applied for, offered, and accepted and you do not want to accept a place on any alternative offered.

Well this is wrong according to info on ukvi site .. IHS for student is £776 a year ..tho for a year course it’s not exactly 12months visa they would issue , it will have some months more than 12months so therefore it’s a year and half IHS u wud pay for 1year study.
Visa fee is £524 for standard processing

IHS should be around $2800 or less for 2 years while visa should be around $900 or less

I'm hearing people are cancelling visa applications and getting visa success replies after some days.... That should give some people some hope.... If u don't get ur visa by enrollment deadline cancel ur visa sharperly

Have a question that might have been asked and answered before - not sure.
Is it a red flag for a lady with her kids to apply for a UK student visa alone without the father?
The father has been away - like just left the home- for more than 4 years now without trace. Family members of the father are unwillingly to disclose is whereabout. Now the lady is moving on, going to the UK for studies with her 2 kids.

I guess my question is will this affect visa approval on grounds that the father did not give consent that the kids should travel.
But he has been missing for more than 4 years now.
If this would affect, what are the gurus here advice should be the solution to avoid visa being denied.
