What could be wrong and please how do I fix it.

I'm about to apply for a Bachelor's degree at GAU for this spring semester, But i'm 32 years old.
I chatted the school officials on whatsapp, they told me 30 years is the maximum age requirement for an undergraduate course.
Please Prof, Is there anyway you can help me out? I already had a diploma degree.
