I work in these areas and I can tell you that this government has done a lot to apprehend the leaders of these terror groups and also dislodge their camps. The problem is that the culprits in most cases are Fulani who operate with the help of local/indigenous informants, and the fulanis seem to have an agenda for middle belt states as these locations (Kwara,Kogi,Nassarawa,Benue and Niger states) have the highest population of Fulani than even the core North. In some cases they have completely overrun the communities and now control seats of land. The government doesn't want to be seen as one against the Fulani tribe alone and these days most of the governments efforts and operations aren't made public. We who work in these areas know and see their efforts
